Need some help with my registry set...

I am building a set of proof Franklins and I am wondering what a fair price would be for a 1961 and 1963 in PCGS PR69. All responses are appreciated.

From what I was able to find at Heritage they have been selling there for about $180 up to around $300. That is for PCGS coins in the PR69 the Cameos go for a lot more.
