Whats the difference between cam and deep cam?

I have a 1997-W pf 70 cameo $25 gold eagle graded by NGC.
last time i was able to check, the population was only 1.
There were a few graded PF 70 d cam.
Does this make mine rarer than those, or does that mean that people didn`t sent in the cameos to be graded?
I was thinking about selling it, and have no idea what price range to put it in.
