In what year diid the BRM switchover to 100% mirror(aka. high cameo) proofs? From the sets I own it should be late 70s -early80s.
researching the"distinctive paper" LS SS Fracs and even bonds" most notably from the Wilcox era 1869-80

    It was 1980. The BRM changed how the display case orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" that year also. The packaging changed again in 1983 from a simple card cover to a leatherette or leather case and the landscape arrangement was retained.
