Wow knuckles...I don't think there's anymore room for cracks/wrinkles or crinkles as I like to use on poor Georges. Why wouldn't they grade it? I thought 1 is the lowest you can get for any hideously abused card. If they don't grade it, roll it up and smoke it.
Since PSA 1 includes both fair and poor cards, it would still grade a 1, as long as it's genuine.
This thread illustrates a point I have made in the past, that PSA should have designed separate numerical grades for fair vs poor cards, i.e., 1 poor, 2 fair, etc.
