Is this an error card? Need some help here!!

Ok I just got back a recent submission from PSA and 1 of the cards I got back was a PSA 7 on a 1965 Checklist 1-88 card #79. I was looking up this card on the population report when I noticed that there was 2 different versions graded. 1 of them apparently is just the regular card and the other is one where it shows #61 Chris Cannizzaro as just Cannizzaro. I was looking on the back of my card and it has him listed as just Cannizzaro so do I have the error card or what? I haven't seen any other of these Checklist cards so I don't have anything to compare to, does anyone have some experience with this card or know about this particular card and can help me?

    If you look here, there appears to be three versions of this checklist. It looks like you have one of the variations but there doesn't seem to be a premium for them. image
