Can anyone help grade it and its rarity!

Looks nice. Around a 64 or 65. Not particularly rare but in the neighborhood of around $200-400

I guess I cant be disappointed because most of My Dad's Morgans are in this condition and many cc's.

Not all Morgans are the same. Post more coins so we can help with the collection. You cant rate the whole lot on one coin.

It far better that he left you CC Morgans instead of 1884-O or 1885-Os.
