I have a 1962 Proof Frankie with the reverse rotated about 7-10 degrees CCW.

How common is this?

I've also looked at plenty of proof Frankies and in my experience rotated dies are relatively common. Especially if less than a 20 degree rotation. I have never heard of a premium paid for rotation on a proof Franklin.
