1937 Signed Baseball - Tris Speaker/Connie Mack

I was in south Florida over the weekend where I visited a local card shop. The owner was selling cards and memorabilia from the estate of a former MLB player. One item in particular was a baseball (Ford C. Frick - commissioner) signed by Tris Speaker and Connie Mack. The words "1937 Hall of Fame Induction" were also written on the ball. The ball and signatures were in very good condition. The price guides value these autographs between $1200 - $5000 per signature.

Are there any experts here that can value this ball with both signatures?

thank you,

It would be worth even more if you had Cy Young and Nap Lajoie sign it, as they were also inducted in 1937.

What was the guy asking for the ball? Were both sigs on the sweet spot? The Frick ball is correct in terms of dating of the ball, as such. Tho, you called him commissioner - you meant president - correct? He didn't become baseball's commish till 1951.

That sounds like a nice item, if real.
