What about 2005 US Mint "Souvenir sets"?????

Does the Mint even still offer souvenir sets at their on-site shops?

If they do, will they have the satin finish or be like circulation strikes ????

It is a set that is only sold at that specific mint. So if you were to tour the Philly mint you could buy a souvenir set with all the business strikes of that year minted at Philidelphia. It would be the closest thing one could get to an uncirculated mint set this year. The problem is you would need it from both mints.
