Just finished up at the mint's website. Each page took five minutes or more to load, but at least they all loaded successfully. Order complete.

The Mint should really outsource their sales pages to Amazon...

Use option 2 on the telephone. Takes you to the order status helpdesk, but they can take orders. Sneaky. Good luck...Mike

You know, the Mint ordering process is so bizarre. I just ordered last week from them (first time in YEARS) and had no problem. Done in about 1 minute! Yet so many times customers
have the worst time ever, to the point that there's a continuous flow of letters to the editor in Coin World every week! I don't understand what their problem is especially after years
and years and years of customer complaints! I guess I just got lucky and called when the stars were aligned and all the presses were stamping coins in unison.

Perhaps it is that you didn't try to order right after a new product release (like within hours of a new product?)

That seems to be when the mint can't keep up with demand on either phones for internet.

I tried the mint site, but ended-up having to call-in the order. The phone call wait wasn't long though, I can't wait to see these coins in hand!

I tried shipping to my PO box, but the page kept coming back saying to fill in the fields next to the red star (all were filled in)

I tried calling, but get a message they are unable to take the call and to try back later (and then it hangs up)

I shipped to my billing address online and finally got the order confirmed.

Possibly, but the complaints about their service are steady and unwaivering.
