Need help on Turkish 2 Kurush coin

Found a Turkish 2 Kurush coin that was made into a money clip. I know the coin is .830 silver (??) and was made sometime between 1925-34?

How can you tell an exact year?

A clear picture would be neccessary. The last silver 2 kurush were minted in 1920. They were .830 fine silver and contain .0647 of an ounce of silver. Being made into jewelry would ruin any collector value.
