I like the software but your CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, IMHO, so I won't be able to upgrade, (which pisses me off almost as bad as you not answering my emails.).

Must be too busy with snow removal, you know..........being up in Canada and all

Would not return emails, so now every time your name(Liberty Street) gets mentioned, I tell people how your CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, IMHO.
