PSA upgrades

Is it worthwhile sending in PSA7's that look great to maybe get them upgraded to PSA8's?

Does PSA upgrade often?

I see in the PSA literature that they guarantee their grades. What does that mean?If I have a PSA8 that looks like a PSA7 do they do anything or guarantee the 8?

    If you decide to try for a higher grade, you must crack them first.

    Late 60's and early to mid 70's non-sports
