The cert lookup calls it an uncentered broadstrike, but it doesn't mention 20%. I wonder if 20% will be on the label?

You are right Brian , They don't say how much percent now ?? But it is... 20% ........ I looked up some older error PCGS grades and they used to give the percentage, but no-more I guess ??...

Why don't people just hit 'edit' to add text to their post instead of making a new reply three times over?

If the coin is an uncentered broadstrike, there is no percentage off centered, because there is no portion of the design missing. I have seen quite a few of these so far. The only other state that I have seen more of is the SC quarters back in 2000. You can pick them up for roughly $20.00 on eBay.

I would have suggested a $400.00 if it were the first find and immediately listed on eBay, but now that there have been a few, it means there are more out there and the prices will come down. It may be some time before prices climb again-if they do.

However, it is a cool find and I would hang onto it in my personal collection.
