Bought myself an ancient for graduation

Actually I did not know if I was going to get it or not. I had placed a bid and then gone to eat some lunch before I went to school at 1:00PM. I checked it before I left and found that I had been outbid so I bid a little higher. I just found out that I had won this coin a little while ago because I had gone to a few of my fellow classmates parties and had not had a chance to get on a computer. I really liked the look of this one so I probably paid more then I should have but I do not care because this coin will always have a special place in my heart as being the coin that I bought on my graduation day.

The common to moderately scarce empresses are a true bargain right now. Choice EF denarii are going under $100.00 quite frequently. Your $35.00 cost for this coin is quite fair. Nice buy.

Not a bad coin. You can be a bit more picky with these later coins but it is good to see someone young with an interest in ancient Roman. Just be sure to stay away from those Morgan dollars.
