Need help with these Star Wars cards

Was hoping someone could tell me what these are called. How much are they worth?

These are part of a game, and were cut from the bottom of a "Burger Chef" fun meal tray. The entire uncut tray is worth about $17 (you can still buy them from www.swseller.com) so in this state, probably not worth anything (but still worth saving!).
