I decided instead of making 3 posts I'd try to kill 3 birds with one stone .

1. Is there any way of telling about when a card was graded based on the serial #?

2. If I send it a submission can I put on the same submission a few re-holders along with a few regular grading submissions? Or do I have to send them in seperately or get them mailed back seperately?

3. I have a card that on the back where it says PSA and a division of collectors universe, the silver metalic letters are starting to chip. Does this happen a lot? Will PSA reholder it for free?

You can put the re-holders on any submission but you will have to pay the extra postage to have them returned seperately, so the 5.00 reholdering fee ought to be called 20.00 or thereabouts..........
