1921-D Morgan - Big Gouge - Can't find VAM

The mailman just dropped off this 1921-D I bought on eBay a week ago (link). I bought it with only an obverse picture. I was really just practicing my manual sniping.

It has a huge die gouge in the right wreath across from the A in DOLLAR.
There's a break over the R in AMERICA... chunk of silver in the denticles.
Lots of die polishing lines through the 1st S in STATES.
Die scratch off the eagle's right wing.
Tiny break in the O in OF... leaving a little horn.
The O in DOLLAR looks like a pitted die or something... maybe over polished inside and out.
A little point of the 6th right star.

I've checked the VAM book and the latest updates, but I can't find a match. The gouge in the wreath is the most noticeable. Any ideas?

my 1BD from the last Baltimore Show.

Interestingly, Jack's coin doesn't have the small gouge at the top of the O in DOLLAR.
