If you're talking about the right top/bottom edges, it looks distortion to me. Either from the direct scan or from where it's viewed through the holder.
After opening a box of 78 racks, I found a lot of cards were cut with this type of slant- I would say 10-15% of the cards I got were cut that way in the rack box. I would be willing to bet this one came out of a rack box as well.

those 78's making you go googly eyes there Lee? Are they not beautiful!
No complaints after the grades I got, but there were some pretty bad cut jobs scattered throughout the box, such as the Eddie Murray I recently got $4.25 on ebay. I still don't think any 78 break will even come close to the first ones we had from the old wax case at BBCexchange. Ahhhh the memories. Incidentally, I sold off the last three racks with stars on top and got $80 for Bench on top, $50 for Schmidt on back, and $50 for Garvey & Gossage on top and Reggie RB on back.

Because it may bring them more than $8 in return.
Trimmers will trim anything if they see high potential $ signs.
The Ryan looks fine.

About every week or two, someone says something bad about PSA or good about another grading company, and the whole board stands up to defend PSA.
All other days include posts about PSA grading cards improperly.
Make up your minds.
