I hate trying to grade from a pic, but I'll take a stab at 66.
Pcgs might have given it a FBL, NGC and me, no way.

I would like a better shot of those bell lines if you can please.

I'm with Frank on the grade 64/65. Something looks way weird about his coin though....might just be the image.

65 not FBL. There doesn't appear to be very many marks but the strike is pretty weak.

If that were PCGS it would be a 64 or more like a 63 due to the luster breaks...I have cleaner ones than that and they got only a 64...which was crapeeeeee!!!! So no more grading for me...If I ever sell it will be raw and to someone who knows what they are doing....
