No way I can tell from those pictures. The second picture would work, sizewize, but the jpeg quality is too poor.

Grade? Hm. I'll say around Fine.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

    I don't think it is.

The bottom of the 3 is wrong on the second picture.

There is also an example with a die crack that looks like a 2 under the 3. A true 1943/2 is a double die as well.

The die crack usually looks like the diagonal part of a 2. One way I tell on this variety is the bottom bar of the 2 shows inside the bottom loop of the 3. If it has this straight bar across then it is probably the double die. If not it is usually the die crack!

What a walk down memory lane image

About 20-25 years ago, as a YN, I was in a coin store and spotted a slider 43/2 Jeff. It was priced at a $1.50 (obviously as a regular 43-P). I knew I wasn't seeing things and bought it. Sent to ANA for certification/grading and it came back AU55. That was my pride and joy and the first coin I made some $$ on, which helped fund my other coin purchases.

Moral of the story -- it didn't look like that coin. The 2 was much more distinct under the 3. The diagonal ran across the left face of the 3 and the base of the 2 goes across visibly. At least that is my engraved recollection of that very special coin in my numismatic life.

My 5 cents -- that's not a genuine overdate image
