    It is basicly an Ebay scam.This person is trying to hawk a substandard coin that at best may be worth 5.00-15.00 dollars for a REDICULOUS amount of money.He is also trying to hide the fact the coin is in a new loooooooooooooooooooooooose standard PCI holder.
