Most Reliable Price Guide
What is the most reliable monthly or bi-monthly publication for coin prices? Right now I usually go with Coins magazine.

Coin Values is a good magazine. The values they post are retail so they tend to be a little high (so you always feel like you got a good deal
collections: Maryland related coins & exonumia, 7070 Type set, and Video Arcade Tokens.
The Low Budget Y2K Registry Set
I use Coin World Values in general but for something big I'll research the Heritage Auction Archives.
None of these will tell you what you actually will or should pay to own a particular coin, nor what somebody will or should pay to buy it from you, but when arriving at how much you are willing to pay or how much you are willing to accept I find it helpful to use all of these things.
BTW, welcome to the board. Good place, good people...
I personally like the grey sheet, but for really hot coins, the sheet lags behind values just a bit, so I give a little bump.
