Haze on Jefferson nickels is this good or bad haze??

Hi just joined in last night, but have been following the threads for a while. I am hoping that I could get some input on what you think is on these Jefferson's. I was at the Denver show last week end and bought a new Dansco folder to transfer my collection into from the older Library of Coins folders and saw this haze on several of the nickels. Any input is greatly appreciated.

P.S. thanks for the tip on calling the Mint on option 2 I got 2 sets.

Thanks I'm not quite sure how to make the pictures larger and still be under the 50kb max so I will try again with the worst one of the Jeffersons.

Acetone is safe to use and would probably remove the haze. Is that a circulated or mint state coin?

Bad haze, Bad! Make the coin go sit in a corner.

Looks like PVC to me. You will want to get that removed. Do not scrub the coin (harsh cleaning will ruin any extra value and make it worth a nickel).

Check the discussions for how to dip a coin without hurting the surfaces (I found MS70 cleaner to work well on PVC).

I bought these from dealers over the last 20 years or so I would guess that it was a MS64 (since that was the only grades I bought) back in the 80's and would have been in a 2x2 cardboard flip. Of the collection that I have assembled maybe 1/3 have this type of haze around the rims thought maybe it came from the old folder??
