Question for people who have dealt with DSL.

Did it take an extrememly long time to get your items mailed to you? I won an auction from them on the 9th, they received payment on the 13th and its still not here. I also can't find any contact info..thanks for any experiances you can share

I have purchased two cards from him, one just recently so we will see, the other one was back in Feb. and I do not remember if it was slow or not. I did go try and look back at when I left him a feedback under his name, but he has over 13 pages of feedback just for May and that is at 200 lines per page. That dude must be busy, so it might take a little longer than expected.

If you paid by check, the check need to clear first, before they send product. If you paid by Money Order, you should see the cards any day now. I've purchased hundreds of cards from DSL over the years and have never had a problem.
Also, if you used their checkout link you will find the phone contact # on the invoice. I'll check tonight when I get home if I have an old invoice and I'll post the number.

I"ve always found him to ship pretty promptly. You might try using "ask seller a question". If you paid by check it still takes him 10 business days to find out the check hasn't bounced, so I think if it came anytime next week you'd be within range. I know once he knows you he ships the day he receives payment, and sends out a notice of shipping via email.
For all the complaints you hear about him on this board I've found him to be one of the best sellers on ebay, and never hesitate to bid on his auctions. I've yet to recieve a card that was not worthy of the grade it had been holdered as.

I did get that email on the 16th that it was going to be mailed ASAP. I paid via money order because I knew it would take forever if I paid by check. I'm just curious how long I should expect to wait, since its already been a week plus and I only live one state away from Cali. Thanks for all the answers!

I've bought a ton from them and it usually takes a bit longer then other shippers. They do send out an email stating that the items are ready for shipping. With the volume of business that they do, sometimes it takes a couple extra days, and sometimes an extra week from when you recieve thier email............

just bought some cards from them a couple weeks back. cards were here within 2 days of them receiving payment... and i live in illinois.
just sent payment off for 4 more cards this week, so we will see

Does anyone have their contact info(phone number prefurably)? I looked high and low and couldn't seem to find it plus I called 411 and the operator said there was no such company at that address. I'm not to worried about it not getting here eventually(or me getting my money back), but I would like to know if there was some sort of problem. Any help would be appriciated.

I have also delt with them on many occasions and they send out an email saying your card has shipped. I think they are slower then your average guy at his house selling cards due to the volume of sales they deal with. I always pay via Paypal so I don't go through their auction helper. It'll be there I'm sure.

The last time I dealt with them, they mailed my card two and a half weeks after I saw the check clear my account. I called them and got some BS answer about out of town checks taking longer to clear.

I got the email they received payment(it was a money order) about 2 weeks ago, so I guess I'll give it another week and see what happens. Already tried to contact them via contact seller using ebay and got no responce. Guess we'll see what happens .

If you need to speak to them, do as mentioned already - call them. The number is on the Auction Helper invoice, and I have used it a few times. Never a problem with service for me.

I finally found their number. I didn't realize I had to click on a link in the link in the email they sent me as it was just giving their address in the first link. I talked to the guy there and he said they sent it out first class last tuesday. I assume its lost in the mail somewhere, which really sucks but atleast I know now. THanks for everyone that replied, apprciated.
