Welcome . I would assume he asked for no qualifiers. Atleast I think you can do that no matter how OC it is unless its MK. So if he wouldnt have asked for no qualifiers he would have got a 7OC. If Im wrong someone please correct me .

Not sure exactly how bad that one is, but it seems to be dancing with 90/10...which would make it no better than a 3NQ. A 5NQ can be 85/15...so maybe it just gets there. You could certainly find a nice looking one than that in a 5 holder.

I know it looks worse but I just measured this card with a pixel ruler and its just a fraction better than 15 - 85 (3 pixels X 16 pixels = 15.8 - 84.2) left to right and 55 - 45 top to bottom. 15 - 85 is good enough to get a grade of 5.

shambo, did you measure that at the top where the centering is the worst? Officially PSA goes by the worst point of centering when the image is tilted.

Yes, the top of the card measured 3x16 pixels (15/85) and the bottom measured 5x13 pixels (28/72). So the card does meet the minimum centering requirements for PSA 5.

It's very hard to get an OC on a card graded less than 8. The centering requirements for 7 or less are such that you are usually not going to find one so badly centered, and if you do it would usually get an MC instead.
