PSA doesn't recognize card

I know this has come up before, but I tried to register a card in the huge Sammy Sosa Master Set, and PSA tell me they don't recognize it as a part of the set. I know that it's a part of the set. Is there something else I should do or just wait for them to email me?

    I assume you are talking about a player set? Go here. You will be prompted on the next page for your email and the set type.

    Thanks. I just went back and re-entered it, and it took OK.
