Help ID Russian coin, please.

Just won this Russian kopek.. the dealer listed it as unknown ruler/date and I have no clue whatsoever, just thought it had a nice strike image

Any specific help or background in general on these type coins would be appreciated.
Thanks image

Looks like wire money, but I don't know anything about the specifics. By the way, it appears to have a nice original patina on it, and it's in pretty high grade.

Hmm.. that's what I thought. I've seen these before, but never was interested enough to snap one up. This time I was bidding on other stuff from a seller, saw this one with a nice strike going too cheap so.. why not! image

The writing seems too mushed for legibility, but I was hoping someone here might be familiar enough with these to spot a known pattern. Anyone?

btw, in German apparently these are called "tropfkopeken" -- drip kopeks (or it could translate as beggar's kopek?)

I guess that would be "drop kopeks" because they look like drops. They're pieces of wire silver, cut and struck. Sorry I can't help with the attribution, however.
