Ebay seller "Kistumu" beware!!!!

Hi All,
Would want to remind you all to beware of a seller on ebay "Kistumu" , he offered an 1864 Double Eagle for auction on ebay which I won 2 months ago and he refused to sell me and made excuses he dont want to ship gold abroad even though he sells worldwide. This is the auction;-

Either he dont have this coin or he is testing the water on how much he can get. Anyway under ebay rules I am oblige to give feedbacks so I stated the reason why I gave him a negative feedback, he then gave me a negative feedback making false claim accusing me of refusing to pay (read the top negative feedback).

Kistumu said "NEVER PAID & LEFT ME A NEGATIVE?? ASIAN SHIPPING GOLD TO UNITED KINGDOM? BEWARE"

He does seems to accuse me as an Asian so could not be trusted so this guy appears to be a racist? Does it matter what colour, creed or gender a buyer is as long as someone is able to transfer money to your Paypal account?

As proof of what I said about Kistumu I have his emails to me about the auction including the header to confirm it is genuine

I find him insulting and a bigots and would find anyway possible to have him banned from ebay.
