Has PCGS ever given any thought to user defined JBOC (Just a Bunch of Coins) custom sets. Examples: 1873-CC Type Sets, birth year type Sets, 1876 Type Sets, etc. These would be user defined as simply are a mechanism for folks to present coins on self defined themes. Thanks.
