Value of coin for submission

I am submitting a coin to ANACS for authentication (I'd submit to PCGS but would need to join). I'm sure it's real but need to for possible sale. Thing is I need a value on the form, and when sending. Any one know what I should insure a 92-D close AM cent for. I'd say its AU 55-58.
