$1000 note

Last week I received a $1,000 note back from PCGS grading VF25... They also sent me a letter stating the FR. 2210-H 1928 to be quite rare with the light green seal. Can anyone tell me what the approximate value of something like this is... I know a lot about coins and just a little about paper money...... I tried to upload a scan of the letter and note but it was tougher than it looked!!!! I could email it....
