1988 Uncut Sheet Emmitt Smith Smokey Burger King

I have an uncut 1988 Smokey Burger King Florida Gators sheet. ES autographed his card's portion of the sheet at a trade show I attended in Orlando back in '91. (I even have a videotape of him to prove it!) I haven't ever found any price guides to uncut sheets. Could anyone venture a guess as to its worth? Albeit obscure, it's really his "true" RC. The pop. report lists about 83 PSA 10s. I could probably use a paper cutter to chop a PSA 10 out of the sheet, but I think it's more valuable within the sheet itself. BTW, how would I submit this uncut sheet to PSA - as an autographed card? Thanks in advance.
