Card Scans for Registry

After doing some searching for posts regarding this, I am unable to find it so I ask for your help.
I want to share the joy of my sets with others by uploading scans. I haven't begun to scan the cards in yet, because I vaguely remember the names needed to be saved a certain way. Also, do I need to upload them to an off site for hosting, or does PSA host them?
As far as the naming, for example, what would I name the #5 card of Munson in my 1971 baseball set?
Either help or directing me to the thread this was discussed in would be greatly appreciated.

Whatever you do, be sure to use a unique name for each image file, because the Registry will override previously uploaded files with the most recent file bearing that name. For example, if you just call your '71 Munson "munson" and then later upload a '72 Munson with the same name, an image of the '72 card will now appear where you intended the '71 Munson to appear. At least I'm pretty sure that's how it goes.
