Do PCGS graders get good money?

I've always wondered what it takes to be a PCGS graders, one of the best. Can you just fill out an application and apply? Or what? hows it work? Do they make good money?

I believe people that graders are recognized people in the numismatic community (Look at Cameron Keifer as an example) and that are acknowledged grading experts with lots of experience that are offered jobs. I dont think you can just apply. Anyways, as for the money, that is somewhat personal and I could not tell you.

They don't apply--PCGS knows who the graders they want are.

I wouldnt mind getting a job as a PCGS or NCG grader because then I could apply the stricter British standard of grading....

I still think a severely scratched MS60 should be graded less than an XF45.
