Picked up quite a few things today at a local show

I went to a show that one of the local coin clubs was having today. I really did not expect to find much. The very first table I went to had a binder full of darkside coins so I looked through it and was able to find the following coins all for 1/3 off the listed price.
Listed as $6 so it was $4.

I showed this to my father because I thought it was more up his alley then it was and the next thing I knew he was throwing it in the pile of coins I was going to buy. I did not say anything about it. I bought it and gave it to him as a Father's Day present. It was listed as $6 so it was also $4. I ended up spending $18 almost as soon as I walked into the room.

I then walked to the next table that had darkside coins and did not find anything. I then ontinued to the next table that was selling tokens and other misc. items. I looked through an album marked foreign tokens and came upon a 1953 Elizabeth II Jubilee and a very awesomely toned German 25 Spillmarke. The Jubilee was $5 and the Spillmarke was $1. When I paid the dealer for them she said all I had to pay was $2 so that was very cool considering I was going to pay the full $6.

I then looked at a few more table without any luck and then saw a suitcase filled with foreign coins so I rooted through every last one of them and was able to find a 1903 French 25 centimes marked as $5 but was able to get for $2 and three 1886 Colombia 5 centavos in nice circulated condition marked as $4 each but everything in suitcase was 1/2 off. If anyone is interested in one drop me a PM and I would be willing to sell it for what I gave plus shipping.![image](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif)

Wow.. sounds like a great show. I wish I lived somewhere civilised enough to have shows.

I wish I could add more on the Spillemaerke, but unfortunately I can't even ID the language: Nordic for sure, definitely not German.

<< <i>Excellent haul. It just goes to show the coins you get for reasonable cost if you buy darkside
