Shapiro - do you really not know what caused all this? In a nutshell, there is a bifurcation of opinion on the reasonableness of using this forum in a BST fashion. Those of the negative view have voiced commentary hoping that folks like you will give this some thought. What followed is that boys will be boys...

It's not the selling of a coin "fit" for a registry set that is annoying. It is the barrage of sales pitches when you are not looking to buy . . . like junk mail, spam, telemarketing calls, etc. That's the hot button.

I'm sorry if you were offended with the manner in which I addressed PQPeace. I can see why you think it is a bit impolite, but you should also know that the use of only the last name is quite commonplace in society and is often accepted without any negativity.

While I do not wish to offend your sensibilities, I think you're placing a tough burden on me by trying to get me to adjust to your sense of propriety on such a borderline issue. Frankly, I am a little bit offended that you would chide me publicly on this particular matter.

I also noted that you are silent on his extremely coarse comments to me in this thread; perhaps he deleted them before you had a chance to read 'em.

You had to be here when this thread started to know why it was started. The others are gone but this just hangs on for some unknown reason.
