    I think you can send your cards in any type of holder to PSA at your own discretion. However,
    wouldn't you want the easiest and safest possible way for them to remove your card(s) for grading
    without damaging them? I know some on here use screwdowns for card submission because they feel
    it protects the cards 100% during transit and overall protection until it's graded. Imagine the grader who
    has to sit there and open up every single screwdown if your order consisted of 100 screwdowns. That's a nice
    way to p*ss him off too.....who knows.

    Stick with Card Saver I for all grading submissions. They're not that expensive; and they're realiable with penny
    sleeves for the quickest way to insert and remove. Card saver IIs are just too small for entry and exit (sounds sexual I know);
    although they're just a tad bit cheaper than card saver I in price, but why risk a few pennies over the value or potential
    values of your cards?

    For standard sized cards, I would agree with eagleeye and go with the CS I's as PSA recommends, but for smaller cards, such as tobacco/tea/candy cards or my Venorlandus set, the smaller CS II's work fine.

    Not sure why you would submit cards in anything other than CS I's - pack them just as PSA shows you on this site, and the cards will get there just as you sent them.

    If memory serves me right months ago I found that PSA is not responsible for damaged cards if sent in anything else but Card Savers I or II's.

    PSA prefers the slightly larger Card Saver I which is approximately 3.5 X 5" with the lip, the Card Saver II is approximately 3 X 4" and IMO a bit more difficult to extract a card.

    The Card Saver is obviously a brand name and anything in the saver I size will work. We have put links countless times and everyone will have their favorite.

    Cardboard Gold has the Card Saver tm item.

    When I went to buy semi-rigids last year, Hot Flips has the best price with the shipping for a case of 2000.
