    I thought that Ebay would take down auctions for the Hitler cards as violating the anti-nazi policy. Am I wrong, or did they just miss this one?
  • I believe it has to have a swastika displayed.

    I just read that policy on E-Bay.com, and I don't see how that card violates anything. The policy says "E-Bay will judiciously disallow listings or items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance, or items that promote organizations (such as the KKK, Nazis, neo-Nazis and Aryan Nation) with such views". It's not like the guy is trying to recruit Nazis or anything. He's just selling a card.
