Assuming your a member of the PCGS Collectors Club, download a form from this website and send the coins registered, insured US Mail. Hope this answers your question.
Call customer service....if you don't know their number, look in the top right of your window here and click PCGS after "quick links". Follow to the number for customer service. They will talk to you and tell you what you need to do.
I would call them for you but since my grade guarantee is still not done (almost a solid TWO months now including with a "nudge" from HRH) I don't think they want to hear from me....again

Don't bother with registeterd mail. It's too expensive and takes too long for the coins to arrive. Coins are in the system longer and are more likely turn up missing.
<< <i> And by the way, ANACS would never "net grade" a counterfeit coin. If it's couterfeit, ANACS will bodybag it faster than you can say "eBay bound". >>
<< <i>What if I have a coin I think is counterfeit (Its graded by ANACS with no net grade) that I want to send to PCGS? >>
Then I'd say you learn how to detect counterfeits. Haven't you brought this one up enough? If you're so afraid, sell the stupid coin and be done. The odds that ANACS is wrong are just about zero. I'd also put money that, if it were ANACS vs. you, they'd do better and authenticating.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I'd be pretty sure it's fake too.
Too bad you didn't call today, now you'll have to worry about it all weekend.

That would really surprise me. ANACS is outstanding at identifying couterfeit coins.
If ANACS says it's authentic, the coin is okay.
And by the way, ANACS would never "net grade" a counterfeit coin. If it's couterfeit, ANACS will bodybag it faster than you can say "eBay bound".
But true.
