Not calling anyone out. Apologies to newbies who care about collecting and not posting some scam thread. Seems like there have been a couple of people just signing on to post some scam links.

  • No worries stingray, I have been reading the posts for a while and agree some of them are garbage.

Knuckles and stone thank you for the welcome. Much like just about everyone else, I am collecting Heritage, I also just posted to that thread.

    Jackailius,

    What's a "Nubian"?

    According to dictionary.com:

    2 entries found for nubian.
    Nu·bi·an P Pronunciation Key (nb-n, ny-)
    adj.
Of or relating to Nubia or its peoples, languages, or cultures.

    n.
A native or inhabitant of Nubia.
Any of a group of closely related Nilo-Saharan languages spoken in the Sudan. Also called Nuba.

Generally, it's used to refer to women of a darker skin tone rather than actual people from Nubia.

    Tabe,

Thank you for catching this. I had put it in incorrectly. It should have been "What's a Nubian", Banky Edwards, "Chasing Amy"

I had just watched the flick before setting up my profile here.

One month on these boards, and you are calling people newbies? Don't take this the wrong way, but I find that to be odd.

I was wondering when someone would say something along those lines. I didn't think it was my place however since I've only been on here since October.
