Low grade grading

I had a partial date Maine commemorative come back AG-03. I sent in another Maine with no date and it also came back AG-03. It has more obvious wear than the first. If I had sent them in together would the second one have had a better chance of grading lower?

    I believe that we may have mistakenly given you a higher grade than you wanted. Send the coin back to me with a copy of this post and I'll give you a free Presidential Review and correct this grievious error if I can.
