New Morgan in the mail today

Bought this from another board member. It will need to be reholdered, most of the marks you see on the obverse are on the holder, not the coin.

Purty. If those marks are on the holder, I see no reason it isn't at least a 65 or 66. Semi-PL, too. What's between "*U" and beneath "ER" on the reverse?

That's just a light scuff mark that was highlighted by the lighting I use. There is another one between the U and left star.
