I just emailed the item number and a link to the auction to the Upper Deck Fraud Division - they normally handle things like counterfeiting - but what the heck - this should give them a good laugh! Or maybe not!
He tried this over on the Beckett boards as well. I think one of the moderators there was going to contact his ISP about his posts, because he spammed all the boards under 2 IDs. This guy should be taken out to a back yard, burried up to his neck, and then everyone gets a wack at him with their favorite instrument of torture (croquet mallet, golf club, or my personal favorite, the weed wacker).

as far as i know its legal, but if u want u can email the ud people tell em i ended the listing and i wont spam the boards again, i just figured i could get people to come and see and maybe buy. Truthfully, I am a 14 year old kid who bought this info on ebay and figured i can make some money by reselling it. But apparently its not ok, so im gonna stop

If this is true - 14 - I don't remember - does CU have a minimum age requirement to register?
I know. I was talking about the fact that he registered a selling account on eBay. To do so, you either have to have a credit card, or send proof of age and location to eBay through the ID verify program. I hope he didn't register one of his parent's credit cards on eBay, or else he could be getting them into trouble as well.

no my parents said it was ok since it i wanted to sell my cards. So what we did was get a credit card witha low limit and i use that one, itslike my credit card, but i had its under his name although im 14
