The interesting thing is that he reprints scarce Napoleonic titles and collects and sells Napoleonic medals. hm....

5/17 was $0.10 cent listing day. He probably listed all those auctions to get the $0.10 listing fee with the intention of coming back later to revise them.

Does kind of remind me of the street vendor in History of the World Part I shouting, "Nothing! I have absolutely nothing for sale!"
