What would this Ruth grade?

Hey everyone, I'm new here..I haven't sent this one in yet, but have sent 2 goudey ruths, A ty cobb Us Caramel, lou gehrig goudey, and a couple sport kings in..Haven't recieved my grades yet..Im interested on seeing what they grade....On to my question what do you guys think this ruth US caramel will grade...When its graded I will probably put it on ebay, I haven't seen very many US caramel cards come up on auctions? Any thoughts would be appreciated..Thanks!

    My guess is 4 or maybe a 5.

    Assuming it's real and there are no creases or trimming, I'd say it's got a good shot at a five. Maybe a four if you hit a stingy grader.

    Card looks like a 4 or 5... I wouldn't put it on eBay unless your eBay account has a strong history of high feedback (minimum 300 and no more than 2 negs) or else it could go for significantly under value.

    I picked up this Mickey C. card around 93-4 for like 450$ - that was a bargain! It's not a popular set - very expensive and ebay is loaded with fakes!

    Mike - that's a dandy looking Cochran. Good for you and thanks for sharing.

    'sfar as the Ruth goes, I don't know - it looks like a 4 to me if there aren't wrinkles or paper loss anywhere. Otherwise, it's headed for twosville.

    I wouldnt mind buying that cards in a PSA 5 holder. Looks nice, good colors solid centering

    Looks like a 4 with the corner paper fraying on the top right corner. The 32 Caramels are quite rare on ebay, you are right. Beautiful card.

    Thanks everyone for their replys...When I get my 6 cards back from psa they will be going on ebay..It will be intersresting on how much my ty cobb caramel card will get...its in the same condition as the ruth 4 or 5..Mopar70

    Shows why I am always disappointed with my grades as I was going to say 5-6 until I saw everybody else agreeing it was a 4. I have seen some soft grades in older cards. Assuming no creases I say 5.

    If you don't mind...where did you get all these cards? And if on ebay - do you have a link - what they went for?
    The 32 caramels jusst don't come up very often - I'm concerned about the potential of a nice reprint?

    Hi Stone, These cards haven't been on ebay yet, infact they haven't been graded..The ty cobb us caramel is being graded right now..I haven't got the results back on that one...When I get them back they will go on ebay...These are not reprints, these were my grandfathers cards, I have a big binder full of all kinds of cards, 33 goudey's, a page of US caramels, a page of sport kings, and alot of non sport cards from the 30's.. Also the US caramel reprints have the rounded top right corner, don't they? thats what I've seen? correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks!! Mopar70

    It just looks totally bad. Your's actually looks pretty good! Let us know when you get them back - post the pics and a link to the auction. I am interested in the caramels.

    Finally posted my grades...#53 Ruth got a 4..#144 Ruth got a 3...#92 Gehrig got a 4...32 U.S Caramel Cobb got a 4...Sport kings Walter Hagen got a 4...Sport kings Red grange got a 3....So you guys will be seeing these on ebay when I recieve them in the mail..
