ESPN Reaching on Stats?

AxtellAxtell Posts: 10,037 ✭✭
Is it just me, or is everyone getting tired of the obscure stats that ESPN shows?

Tonight, it was 'teams who have scored less than 70 points in a series tied 2-2 in a best of 7'.

I'd ask, who cares? Are they that desperate for info that they have to delve this far? The other day it was that this was the first time 2 pitchers less than 24 years old have started the season 7-0.

When does it stop?

I agree. There could very well be over 100,000 stat possiblilities. Who the f**k wants to keep hearing all of them? The 100 - 200 most important stats, yes. The other 99,800 - 99,900, please no!

  • Oh no........guys like me want to know that tonight was the first time that a one seed and a six seed met when players for both teams were ages 32, 22, 23, 24, and 27 when the one seed was up 3-2, on a repeat championship performance. It almost happened in 1971, but Billy Cummingham was 26.
