New PCGS Collector's Club policy - this makes me sad!

Now we can't submit world coins using the free submissions? What gives?

I've gotten to the point that, with all the cleaning and whizzing out there, that I will do little else than buy slabbed. I wish it hadn't come to that, but it has.

It seems that PCGS is doing it's best to drive us to submitting to NGC. EXTRA long turnaround times, highest rate in the biz, and now no free coupons on membership. What's up HRH???

World coins? I'm presently training PCGS now........

homerunhall will probably exclude Swiss coins from this policy - - - - Swiss coins for everyone, especially ULTIMATE SWISS

I have just joined NGC.
I will retain my PCGS membership but submissions may decline.

PCGS is pretty mindful of its customers, have you taken this complaint to the people at PCGS or just posted it here? If Russ & Co. can get HRH to order a Presidential Review, surely you can take some action on this as well.

I have had bad luck trying to get my questions answered on the Q&A Forum. Maybe someone else would have better luck. (like maybe you?)

I have decided to re-ask a couple of questions I posed about a year ago without success. Let's see if HRH sees fit to answer some grey side questions.
