What great customer service!

I buy all my un-opened stuff from Steve Hart at the Baseball Card exchange. Over a period of time I bought appr. 30 1981 rack packs in search of the Montana rc. Steve and I had a discussion and he felt bad that I never pulled one. So today I get an email from him and it says he is sending me a Montana rc at no charge! What a great guy. If that is not great customer service then I dont know what is.

I don't quite have that good of a story but recently I bought about 30 packs of late 70's basketball from BBC exchange. It was about $200 worth of cards I believe. The packs were not good with horendous wax and gum problems inside. Sad as two Dr. J's were literally bubbling with wax and/or gum. Looked as if they had been in a room at about 200 degrees melting everything. I sent Steve an email expecting a small discount offered for a future purchase. He simply said to send them all back and he would give a full refund. I was quite impressed. Thanks for starting the thread so I could jump on! Thanks to Steve for the great service.

That story is as good IMO. That's actually what one would want them to do and not just "pass" it off.
But, they actually did it! Great story also.

Its hard to find people like that. Not many people care about their reputation. kudos to Steve for taking the high road.
