I buy all my un-opened stuff from Steve Hart at the Baseball Card exchange. Over a period of time I bought appr. 30 1981 rack packs in search of the Montana rc. Steve and I had a discussion and he felt bad that I never pulled one. So today I get an email from him and it says he is sending me a Montana rc at no charge! What a great guy. If that is not great customer service then I dont know what is.

The packs were not good with horendous wax and gum problems inside. Sad as two Dr. J's were literally bubbling with wax and/or gum. Looked as if they had been in a room at about 200 degrees melting everything. I sent Steve an email expecting a small discount offered for a future purchase. He simply said to send them all back and he would give a full refund. I was quite impressed. Thanks for starting the thread so I could jump on! Thanks to Steve for the great service. >>

That story is as good IMO. That's actually what one would want them to do and not just "pass" it off.
But, they actually did it! Great story also.
