I had been watching for the announcement allowing for the uploading of new avatars, but I never saw one. Now I see that several of you have new ones. How did I miss the announcement? Where should I have been looking?

    The icon upload day is the 15th day of the month. If the 15th day is a Saturday or Sunday, then the upload day will be the following Monday.
    Please correct me if I am wrong.
